The Bohuslav Martinů Foundation Award went to Matthew Stephen Hockaday

This year's edition of the international competition Concertino Praga has once again confirmed that young musicians are hiding great talent and have a promising future. In the finals, which took place as part of the prestigious Dvořák Prague Festival, young artists gave outstanding performances that won over not only the jury but also the enthusiastic audience.

This year's winners:

1st place: Zoja Syguda (Poland) - a talented violinist who also won the audience award.
2nd place: Nora Lubbadova (Czech Republic) - an outstanding pianist, awarded the prestigious EMCY prize.
3rd place: Celina Höferlin (Germany) - talented pianist.

Matthew Stephen Hockaday also received the Bohuslav Martinů Foundation Award.

The Viktor Kalabis and Zuzana Růžičková Foundation Award went to Darin Lambrev and Zoja Syguda.
