Czech conductor and pianist Lada Valešová conducts Comedy on the Bridge and Alexander Bis - two comic operas by Bohuslav Martinů presenting a tale of bourgeois infidelity and the challenges of loyalty and discretion in a time of conflict. Bohuslav Martinů explores the complexities of the human condition through the wildly expressive and inventive extremes of his imagination.
